The Secret Banana Fish has been the talk of the Town ever since an image and video of it was released by Kazer, a developer and YouTube content creator around Fisch. Indicative of its name, the Secret Banana Fish looks like a banana, referencing the popular meme Peanut Butter Jelly Banana Time from the Family Guy TV series. How to catch the Secret Banana Fish

To answer the question at hand, there is no way to catch the Secret Banana Fish in the game as of now as it's dev or, to be more precise, a Developer/Admin fish in the game. This means only a handful of players, from the Staff to the partnered Content Creators, have access to the fish. It was confirmed by the developer's team themselves and another popular content creator called CarbonMeisterPlays.

Though it is unavailable for everyday players like you and me, the developers have plans to release the fish to the public in the future. There was even a wiki page for a brief period that explained how to get the Banana Fish before the page owners took them down.
