Hylton Pizza is under a wonderful new management. In early June 2015, my beautiful wife of over 20 years and I (Chef Izak) took over the restaurant and decided to re-brand it to HyltonPizza.com

I have been making pizzas for almost 25 years at some of Sunderland's best known pizza establishments. I've always wanted to run my own pizza place, so when the opportunity came up, I took my chance. Settling in and learning to manage a whole business as opposed to just the kitchen is proving to be quite fun. Especially decorating the place and making our own branded marketing material.
