SMAT is the application of the Turin aqueduct that allows recorded users to perform the counter operations: access the historic of bills, view the data relating to the rates and payment, view and send the readings of the meter, send reports/suggestions/complaints, request voltages, delivery changes and much more.

Not only that: to the public - that is, to any citizen without the need for authentication - makes the maps of the Toretti available (the public fountains of Turin), the water points, the SMAT branches with times and telephone number, of the municipalities served. It is also possible to send reports, with photography, and view the data on drinking water quality for each municipality and for each district of Turin.
